Tire Pyrolysis Equipment
The
advanced process and technical equipment of Careddi waste tire pyrolysis
equipment break through the bottleneck of continuous production of waste tire pyrolysis,
innovatively using intelligent control technology, high temperature hot air
temperature control technology, gum granules feeding and sealing technology and
carbon black discharge sealing technology, solving the world-wide problem of
anaerobic pyrolysis of gum powder and oil and gas cooling congestion in the
furnace.
The
technology has independent intellectual property rights, and the process and complete
sets of technical equipment have the characteristics of intelligent operation,
convenient, strong production and processing capacity (about 50 tons of gum powder per day in a single line),
low equipment operation cost, outstanding comprehensive economic benefits, and
superior cost performance of complete sets of equipment. It realizes the
comprehensive utilization of waste tires "zero pollution, the whole
industry chain utilization", and achieves the goal of “full utilization”
of the recycling process.

Pyrolysis Plant Process
Description
The
pellets pyrolysis process is divided into five processes: inlet process, pyrolysis furnace system, outlet process,
heat supply system and oil and gas condensation system.
1. Inlet process
The
pellets are transferred from the belt conveyor to the elevator, and then the
elevator feeds the receiving bin. When the material level is higher than the
set upper limit, the belt conveyor will stop supplying pellets. When the material
level is lower than the set lower limit, the belt conveyor is turned on to
supply the pellets. So that the material level is always in the ideal position.
Then the vacuum feeder supplies the air-free pellets to the pyrolysis furnace.
2. Pyrolysis furnace system
The
pyrolysis furnace system is composed of three levels of pyrolysis, the pellets
are evenly fed into the pyrolysis furnace through the inlet process of the
pyrolysis furnace, and the hot air is supplied to the pyrolysis furnace by the
burner. The pellets in the reactor start to soften under the heat and split
until they are charred.
The
whole system of the pyrolysis furnace uses a negative pressure system, and the
pressure inside the furnace is controlled by adjusting the fan speed. The perfect
closed system provides an oxygen-free pyrolysis environment for the splited
pellets. The whole system is free from dripping and leakage, which makes the
site odorless and the environment pollution-free.
3. Pyrolysis furnace export process
The
temperature of crude carbon black generated by pyrolysis exceeds 400℃,
which is transported to the carbon black packaging workshop through screw
conveyor. The screw conveyor is equipped with water cooling device to cool the
temperature of crude carbon black to below 50℃, and the cooled
solid crude carbon black is sent to the magnetic separator for magnetic
separation and iron removal through screw elevator. To ensure the purity and
quality of carbon black products.
4. Heat supply system
The
system is supplied with heat by the burner, and there is a thermoelectric
sensor installed on the furnace body, which feeds back the temperature value to
the central control panel in real time. The combustion raw material of the
burner is pyrolysis gas, and the energy source for the initial use is natural
gas.
The
thermoelectric sensor on the furnace body feeds back to the central control
panel, which regulates the burner size and start/stop at any time to accurately
control the furnace temperature. Accurate temperature control in the pyrolysis
furnace results in higher oil production rates and higher quality oil
production.
The
hot air in the heating is passed to the drying system of the pelletizing
equipment, which is emptied after desulfurization and denitrogenation.
5. Oil and gas condensation system
Oil
and gas enter the condensation system from the pyrolysis furnace, firstly
through colliding oil and gas separator tank, through the collision effect,
heavy residual oil will condense at the bottom of the tank, thus making the
finished product of better quality. After passing through the separator, the
gas enters the tubular shell condenser, which has a large contact area and good
condensation effect and is not easy to be blocked and can be used for a long
time. The condensed oil enters the temporary storage tank, and the gas is
pumped out from the top of the temporary storage tank into the gas cabinet, and
then supplied to the burner. The temporary oil storage tank is equipped with an
oil level detector, and when it reaches the set position, the oil pump turns on
to pump the oil to the storage tank.
