The Tire Pyrolysis System can be basically divided into the following 5 steps:
Step 1: LS Series Debeader (Wire Puller).
The machine is used to pull out two steel wire rims on both sides of the one-piece scrap radial tires at the same time. Its main feature is the high degree of automation to facilitate the crushing procedure for the next step of handling scrap tires. In this step, by pulling out of bead wires from the waste tires or passenger tires, we get whole tire with no bead wires.
Step 2: LP Series Primary Shredder
This machine is used to shred scrap tires up to 1200 gauge and remove the beads to make small tire blocks of about 50 mm for the next step. In this step, by shredding the whole tires preliminarily, we get 50*50mm tire chips.
Step 3: GP Series Secondary Crusher
This equipment is mainly used to further crush the rubber fragments of about 50mm into rubber granules of about 4-10mm, usually used as the subsequent process of XPZ series rubber secondary crusher. In this step, by continuing to crush the 50*50 tire chips, in addition to the applied magnetic separator to separate 99% steel wires from the rubber, we get 5-10mm crumb rubber.
Step 4: XPZ Series Fine Granulator
This equipment is mainly used in further crushing coarse rubber granules into 5-10 mesh rubber granules, which can be collaborated with XMF series rubber fine grinder, and also can be used directly in producing rubber granules for making rubber plates, rubber tiles, rubber athletic track, stadium, etc. This equipment also can used in crushing directly small-sized rubber leftovers, inner tubes, rubber soles, rubber scrapes, rubber canvas into 5-10 mesh rubber granules. In this step, by grinding the crumb rubber, applied with our fiber separator, which can remove the fiber 99% pure, and our vibration sieve, which can screen different size, we get 5-10 mesh rubber granules.
Step 5: XMF Series Powder Grinder
This equipment is utilized in grinding more than 10-20 mesh rubber granules into 40-120 mesh rubber fine powder in normal temperature, this machine is the fourth generation of rubber fine grinding machine, with lower noise, larger capacity and more functions than the old one, which is ideal for new and old customers. In this step, we can keep grinding the rubber granules into 40-120 mesh rubber powder as needed, then use our auto-weighing packaging machine for bagging.
